Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO01 and LOC01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Should it not be possible to route the cable through the existing access hole a new access hole should be made through the mortar and not through any brickwork. The cable should be dark in colour. Reason: To protect the special historic and architectural qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and saved policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
