Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PM/PUB/5A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the chimney shall be rebuilt in the brickwork specified in the e-mail of 13 February, 2018.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works do not harm the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building are acceptable in accordance with policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
