Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CDA127.SP, CDA127.05, CDA127.13, CDA127.04, CDA127.12, CDA127.06, CDA127.14, CDA127.03, CDA127.11, CDA127.01, CDA127.08B, CDA127.09A, CDA127.LP, CDA127.02, CDA127.10, CDA127.07 and CDA127.15A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That details of the flues for the kitchen and bathroom shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character and fabric of the listed building in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Prior to the commencement of works clarification of the structural intervention works involved in the development shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character and fabric of the listed building in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
