Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 001, BLO 001 and BS354 A100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All works of making good and repair will be carried out in materials to match the adjacent fabric unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with policies Con 3 and Con 4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.

All new plumbing to be surface mounted and boxed where necessary or to follow existing pipe routes in the interests of preserving the historic fabric of the listed building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with policies Con 3 and Con 4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
