The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 104.200 PL1, 104.211 PL1, 104.212 PL1, 104.202 PL1, 104.201 PL1, 104.001 PL1, 104.211 PL1, 104.222 PL1, 104.100 PL1, 104.101 PL1, 104.102 PL1, 104.111 PL1, 104.112 PL1, 104.121 PL1, 104.122 PL1, 104_311_PL2, 104_312_PL2, 104_302_PL2, 104_301_PL3, 104_300_PL2, 104_321-PL2, 104_322_PL2, 104_323_PL2 and 104.401 PL1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P18/S2052/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, and notwithstanding the materials that are annotated on the plans, samples of all external materials along with the type of roof lights and method of abutment of the link to the existing building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3, CON2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
