Note: - The garage/car-port building labelled 'D' on the attached plan was materially altered in 2016. The structure is therefore not lawful as a building operation, as it was not substantially completed in its current form more than four years prior to the application date.
Note: - For the avoidance of doubt the area shown edged green on the attached plan constitutes the curtilage of the buildings for the purposes of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (as amended).
