Proposed warehouse extension with foster insulated panels to form secure and pest proof enclosure at rear side of the store and installation of new 1 no. of plant unit and 3 nos. of A/C Units with minor alterations to the existing(As amplified by Planning Noise Report dated 14 September 2017 received 21 September 2017)
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, B1-459_006, B1-459_005 (a), B1-459_005 (b), B1-459_004, B1-459_002, B1-459_003 (a), B1-459_003 (b), B1-459_003 (c), B1-459_001 and B1-459_007, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Noise from the development hereby permitted shall not exceed 38 dB measured (Daytime 07.00-23.00 hours) or 32 dB (Night-time 23.00-07.00) measured as 15 minute LAeq at the nearest noise sensitive receptor. Measurements shall be undertaken in accordance with BS 7445-1 (2003) Description and Measurement of Environmental Noise.
Reason: To safeguard the amenities of residents of nearby properties in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
