Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P-30-510, P-30-511, P-30-512, P-30-513, P-30-020, P-30-010, P-30-030, P-30-610, P-90-010, HTS05GPb and HTS05GPa, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The tree protection details as shown on the approved Full Arboricultural Method Statement dated June 2016 shall be put in place prior to any on site works including demolition and thereafter retained in situ for the duration of development. Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policies CSEN1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, C9, D1 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011

This permission only allows for the variation of Condition 2 of planning permission P15/S4337/FUL in the form of changes to the approved plans and all the other conditions with the exception of Condition 7 attached to that planning permission remain in force. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
