The development hereby permitted shall begin no later than two years from the date of this reserved matters approval . Reason: By virtue of Section 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P19/S2788/DIS

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Site Location Plan 2134-T-LA-03 Rev P1 Tree Pit Detail 2134-T-DT-01 Rev P2 General Arrangements Plan 2134-T-LA-01 Rev P3 General Arrangements Plan 2134-T-LA-02 Rev P2 Planting Plan 2134-T-PP-01 Rev P3 Planting Plan 2134-T-PP-02 Rev P3 Attenuation Basin 5 13192-AB20 Rev T6 Tree Protection Plan 2134-T-TS-01 Rev P1 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of development of the NEAP, specification details of the NEAP play equipment shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details as approved. Reason: To ensure the play equipment is in accordance with the Great Western Park Southern Parks Local Area Brief.
