Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of planning consent P17/S2578/LB which was 6 September, 2017. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 17075.SU02, 17075.P02, 17075.P03, 17075.L01, 17075.SU01 and 17075.01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of development, details of the abutment of the extension to the existing rear wall shall be agreed with the Local Planning Authority as necessary by the submission of section drawings. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the recent extension of a similar style approved under planning ref P12/S3203/LB Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
