That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P01, P02, P05 and P10, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P18/S0950/DIS

Within 3 months of the date of this permission a sustainable surface water drainage scheme shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Within 6 months of the date of this permission the approved sustainable surface water drainage scheme shall be implemented strictly in accordance with the approved details, and retained and maintained as such thereafter. Reason: To address the change in land levels between the site and adjacent land; to prevent surface water run off onto the highway; and to prevent pollution and flooding in accordance with Policies EP1 and EP6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
