The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 101 and 100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P18/S0984/DIS

That the relevant part of the works hereby approved shall not commence until the following details have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: 1) A detailed specification of how the careful removal of the existing paint works are to be carried out and how they will be monitored; 2) Details for repairs to the damaged lime mortar pointing and details of the lime mortar mix and final finish of the wall; Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
