The proposed development shown on the drawings BLO 001 and LOC001 accompanying the application is not permitted by Class A, Section A.2, paragraph (b) of Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 due to a planning condition (no. 13) attached to permission P13/S2354RM which sets out that the garage accommodation shall be retained for the parking of motor vehicles at all times and should not be adapted to be used for any other purpose, and requires planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
