Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CDA128 02, CDA128 11, CDA128 01, CDA128 10, CDA128 LP, CDA128 03, CDA128 12 and CDA128 SP, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Works of making good of the retained historic fabric shall be carried out in materials and finishes to match the adjacent fabric. Reason: To protect the historic fabric of the building in accordance with policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan,
