Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the supporting documents and following approved plans, KEN.01, LOC001 and BLO001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works shall be implemented strictly in accordance with the details set out in the applicant's email dated 5th April 2018. Any departure from the approved location for the fixing of the uplighters, the lighting intensity or colour shall require the prior written consent from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
