Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Bloc and Location Plan P1639.01; Plans and Elevations Existing P1639.02; and Plans and Elevations Proposed P1639.03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Windows in the west elevation of the extension hereby permitted; and the existing window in the western elevation of the enlarged garage building shall obscure glazed with a minimum level 3 obscurity and fixed shut prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved and shall be retained as such thereafter. The the door serving the courtyard shall also be obscure glaze with a minimum level 3 obscurity prior to the first occupation of the development and shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no window(s), door(s) or other openings other than those shown on the approved plan(s) shall be inserted in the development hereby permitted.
Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining occupiers in accordance with Policies D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, the garage space shall be provided in accordance with the approved Plans and Elevations Proposed Drawing No.P1639.03 and shall thereafter be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the development at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policy T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
