Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PL1, PL2, PL3 and PL10, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The dormer windows in the rear (south-east) elevation of the loft conversion hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass with a minimum of level 3 obscurity to a height of 1.7m above finished floor level, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung openable fanlight, prior to the first occupation of the loft accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G2, D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The bathroom window in the side (south-west) elevation of the loft conversion hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass with a minimum of level 3 obscurity, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung openable fanlight, prior to the first occupation of the loft accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H4 or H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no window(s), door(s) or other openings other than those shown on the approved plan(s) shall be inserted in the rear (south-east) or side (south-west) elevations of the loft conversion hereby permitted. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining occupiers in accordance with Policies G2, D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
