Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 15159-OA-B1-112-P-00, 15159-OA-B1-116-P-FF RF, 15159-OA-B1-117-E-X1, 15159-OA-B1-118-E-X2, 15159-OA-B1-115-P-00, 15159-OA-B1-001-P-00, 15159-OA-B1-010-P-00 and 15159-OA-B1-111-P-00, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P18/S0404/DIS

No works shall take place on site prior to the making of a detailed record of the lean-to to the dovecote to be demolished. This must be carried out in line with a Level 1 Building Record in accordance with the Historic England (formerlyEnglish Heritage) guide to 'Understanding Historic Buildings' (2016). The record shall first have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of historic importance in accordance with PolicyCSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON14 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
