That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, EF-001 and PF-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This temporary permission shall inure solely for the benefit of the occupant of the ground floor flat, Mr Robin Clement, and for no other person or persons. The residential occupation of the flat shall cease when the flat is no longer occupied residentially by Mr Robin Clement.
Reason: To ensure the permission is exercised only by the applicant having regard to the personal circumstances of the case and in accordance with paragraph 55 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
