That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Amended Elevation Plan Proposed drwg no PE001 rev A (received by the email from applicant dated 07/12/2017); Amended Floor Plan Proposed Sketch drwg no PF001 rev A (received by the email from applicant dated 05/12/2017); Block Plan drwgno BLO 001; Floor Plan Proposed drwgno PF 002; Location Plan drwgno LOC 001 and three photographs submitted with the application and two photos attached to email from applicant dated 07/12/2017) except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The use of the spray booth and associated plant shall only take place between the hours of 8am and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays. No work shall be undertaken on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Reason: To safeguard the amenity of neighbouring residents in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
