That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, LOC-001 and CMP-001revA, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Within 6 months of the consent hereby given, the approved conservation type rooflight shall be inserted into the building to replace the unauthorised rooflight.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
