Repairs and refurbishment to existing dwelling, including replacement of existing mezzanine floor. Erection of new rear extension to create additional living accommodation. Variation of condition 4 of planning permission P79/W0126/CU to allow the use of the entire building to be used as unrestricted residential accommodation (As amended by drawing numbers PL01A, PL02A, PL03A, PL04A, PL05A, PL07A, PL08A and PL09A reducing the height of the building and altering the fenestration details and change of description 20 November 2017).
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PL.001, PL.003, PL.004, PL.007, PL.006, PL.008, PL.005, PL.009, PL.106, PE-001, PL.002, PL.101A, PL.102A, PL.103A, PL.104A, PL.105A, PL.107A, PL.108A and PL.109A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the cill height of the rooflights in the extension hereby approved shall be a minimum of 1.7m above the finished floor level of the extension which will have a vaulted ceiling.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H4 or H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
