Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0.01, 0.02 and 0.03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the development to which this permission relates shall be begun not later than whichever is the later of the following dates:
(a) the expiration of three years from the date of this permission; or
(b) the expiration of two years from the final approval of the reserved matters, or in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter to be approved.
Reason: By virtue of Section 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), the enlargement, improvement or other alteration of any dwellinghouse as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A and C of the Order shall not be undertaken without obtaining planning permission for the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity and in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, D1, D4 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the provision within the curtilage of the dwelling of any building, enclosure or swimming pool as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Order shall not be undertaken without obtaining planning permission for the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, D1, D4 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The existing authorised use of part of the application site as a motor vehicle workshop shall cease and the lean-to at the rear of the Old Chapel shall be demolished prior to the commencement of development and the materials removed from the site.
Reason: To ensure that vehicle movements using the existing substandard access are reduced in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
