Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 636-P-002, 636-P-007 Rev A, 636-P-006 Rev A, 636-P-001 and 636-P-005 Rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the insertion of the proposed rooflights hereby approved the existing rooflights shall be removed in accordance with the approved plans and the roof made good, the details of which to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
