The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, AL01395-02, AL01395-03, AL01395-04, AL01395-01, AL01395-S1, AL01395-05 A, AL01395-06 A, AL01395-07 and AL01395-08, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P18/S2535/DIS

That the investigation of the wall fabric at the rear of the property is carried out before the bathroom is installed and that the exit points through this wall for pipework/soil pipes avoid the timber framed elements of this wall. The findings of this investigation will be shared with the local planning authority confirming the location of pipes before the installation of the bathroom. (prior to commencement of relevant works) Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 2 and Con 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That details of the proposed works to the staircase will be submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority. (prior to commencement of relevant works) Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy Con 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
