Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the signage hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC01, LOC01b, OP107, OP101, OP102, OP104, OP106, OP103 and OP105, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding the details on the submitted plans and documentation, the main fascia shall be constructed out of timber with acrylic lettering. All other materials of the signage hereby approved shall be implemented in accordance the submitted details.

Reason: To ensure that the visual amenity of the site and surrounding Conservation Area will be preserved, in accordance with Policies D1, G2, CON7 and AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
