Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, A3_RHH_201, A3_RHH_301, A3_RHH_100, A3_RHH_700 and A3_RHH_800, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The applicant shall notify the local planning authority of the date of installation of the antennae hereby approved at least 14 days beforehand. The antennae and all associated equipment shall be removed from the land no later than one month after its first installation. Reason: In order to the protect the scenic beauty of the Chilterns AONB in accordance with Policy CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.

There shall be no groundworks within the root protection areas of any trees unless in accordance with details first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to protect trees that contribute to the landscape qualities of the area in accordance with Policy CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies G2 and C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
