Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, MD01-A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: In order to ensure the historic character and heritage values of the building in accordance with Policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3, CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified in the email containing the supporting documentation regarding conservation rooflight information. Reason: In order to ensure the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
