Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P18/S0739/DIS, P18/S0935/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1119.PL.007a, 1119.SU.010a, 1119.PL.010b and 1119.PL.001c, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the works hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: In order to preserve the historic interest of the building, in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of any works hereby authorised, a full schedule of the works to be undertaken shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
