Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of Planning Permission P16/S1128/FUL
Conversion of former Thames Water pumping station and erection of a 2 storey extension to create a 4 bed dwelling, construction of a detached single storey double garage and single storey stable block.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, whamends3.1.1, whamends4.1.1, whamends5.1.1, whamends6.1.1, whamends2.1.1, whamends1.1.1 and 1122336, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development as shown on the approved drawings to which this permission relates shall not be exercised in addition to or in combination with any part of the development as shown on the approved drawings granted planning permission under reference P17/S1128/FUL. Accordingly, this permission shall be alternative to the previously approved plans so that either, but not both developments, may be implemented.
Reason: To protect the special landscape of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the visual amenity of the area in accordance with Policies CSEN1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, D1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
