Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1635 c203, 1635 c201C, 1635 c204, 1635 c200, 1635 c202, 1635 c205 and 1635 c206, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That all new and replacement material of the works hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
