This approval relates solely to the variation of Condition 6 of the previously-approved scheme (P16/S3223/FUL). All other conditions attached to that planning permission still apply.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development shall be implemented in accordance with the submitted working method statement, including ecological mitigation and enhancement (Brindle & Green Ecological Consultants Ltd, 12/05/2017). A single bat box shall be erected on site, to the satisfaction of the project ecologist.
Reason: To ensure that the importance species on site are protected, in accordance with Policies C6 and C8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and Policy CSB1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
