Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The available evidence supports the applicant's claim that the use of land edged red in the attached plan as a caravan park has subsisted for a continuous and uninterrupted period of at least 10 years prior to the application date. There is no apparent evidence to the contrary. The culmination of evidence is sufficiently precise and unambiguous to justify the grant of a certificate on the balance of probability. However, the evidence indicates that only up eight (8) touring caravans have been stationed on the land during this time, thus the description has been amended for clarity in characterising the use.
