Conditions / Refusal Reasons
a) This consent expires 5 years from the date hereof. b) Any advertisements displayed and any site used for the display of advertisements shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. c) Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition. d) Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the removal shall be carried out to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. e) No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. f) No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal, or aid to navigation by water or air, or so as otherwise to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway, waterway or aerodrome (civil or military). Reason: To comply with the requirements of Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007..

That the signage hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, J000645-A4-00A, J000645-A1-00A, J000645-A4-06B, J000645-A4-01C, J000645-A4-02C and J000645-A4-03B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the signage hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the signage in accordance with Policy CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON7, CON8, AD1, G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The use of illumination under this application hereby permitted shall not occur between the hours of 22:00 and 11:30 Monday to Friday, 23:00 and 11:30 Friday and Saturday and 21:30 and 11:30 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and to prevent undue light pollution and to protect the amenities of the local area in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON7, CON8, AD1 and EP3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
