Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PL.007, PL.005 D, PL.006 C, PL.004 C, PL.008, PL.009 and PL.100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The repairs and alterations hereby permitted shall only be constructed in details and materials specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in a manner which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Notwithstanding the information provided on the approved plans, the master bedroom F05, the levelling will be localised to the area required for the bed and will not apply to the whole room. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the materials to be used for agreed repairs and making good will be carried out in materials and finishes to match the adjacent works or those used in the original construction of the building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works previously approved shall be completed in accordance with conditions attached to consent P17/S1088/LB and details submitted and discharged under application P17/S1295/DIS. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
