Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby permitted, details of the conservation style roof lights including drawings as necessary, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.  

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a method statement for structural works to the roof and ceiling has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. 

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
