All plant, machinery and equipment to be used by reason of the granting of this permission shall be so installed, maintained and operated so as to ensure that the rating noise level from the equipment shall be at least 5 dB below the pre-existing background noise level (L90) when measured at the nearest noise sensitive premises. Any external lighting associated with this development shall be detailed in a lighting scheme to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the occupation and use of the permitted development commences. The scheme shall demonstrate that the proposed lighting is designed in accordance with the guidance to be found in the Institution of Lighting Professionals Guidance Notes for the Reduction of Obtrusive Light GN01:2011. Controls over the times when the lighting is to be used shall also be specified to minimise disturbance to nearby residents and the adjoining Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Thereafter the lighting shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the approved scheme.
