Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01 and 02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P17/S2375/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of all new external materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works hereby approved, details of any vents, flues or soil vent pipes shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
