Description
Loft conversion with two dormers to rear and one dormer to front elevation, existing rear ground floor building to have four conservation style roof windows installed, addition of small first floor high level window to rear. As amended by plans DR4 and DR5 dated 5 April 2017 narrowing dormers in the rear elevation and omitting rooflight and narrowing dormer in the front elevation. As amended by DR5 amended 25 April 2017 which reduces the width of the rear dormer windows.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 6, LOC 001, DR4 and DR5, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved samples of the materials to be used for the proposed dormer windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON5 and CON 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the development hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
