Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC01 and 2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P17/S2212/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a specification of the materials to be used in the construction of the wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The replacement gates hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified within the submitted Design and Access Statement, or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
