Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, other than in cases where there is a crack, delamination or fault in the existing tile, all salvageable tiles should be re-used. In the event that a replacement tile is necessary, it shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing roof. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance and historic significance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
