That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 23/5C, 23/4a, 23.7b, 23.6A, 23.8A, LOC 001, 23/2 and 23/3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This permission only allows for the variation of Condition 1 of approval P16/S1016/RM in the form of changes to the approved plans as shown on the plans referred to in Condition 1 of this approval. All the other conditions attached to that reserved matters approval remain in force in all other respects.
