The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 00817-02, 00817-01, 00817-06, 00817-06 Model, 00817-05A Model, 00817-04A and 00817-03A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P17/S1605/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all new windows, doors and roof lantern has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building are not diminished, in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, in addition to Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core strategy.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a photographic schedule of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural qualities of the Grade II listed building are not diminished, in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, in addition to Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core strategy.
