Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01, 160422-01, 160422-03, 160422-04, 160422-05, 160422-06, 160422-07, 160422-08, 160422-09, 160422-10, 160422-11, 160422-12, 160422-02B, 160422-13 A, 16 0422 13, 16 0422 14 and 16 0422 15, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Proposed method of Fire Separation between units and any fire suppression systems (NB: any alterations to windows to create escape windows may need additional listed building consent that does not form part of this application) b. Details of proposed thermal and acoustic upgrading of the third and fourth floors c. Agreement of structural works to the roof and floors (if needed) Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
