Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, in order to protect the occupants of the new property from excessive noise and disturbance, the following measures, in addition to the measures required to be agreed by condition 32 above, shall be implemented:
1. All external doors to unit 10 shall be kept closed, except for access and egress.
2. The retail units, except unit 10, shall not operate between the hours of 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.
3. The public square adjacent to unit 10 shall not provide seating for the food retail unit 10 between the hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Reason: To protect the occupants of the development's residential units from noise disturbance in accordance with Policy EP2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
This permission only allows for the variation of Condition 33 of planning permission P07/E1029 and all the other conditions attached to that planning permission or subsequent associated planning permissions remain in force in all other respects.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
