Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 04, 07, 08, 09, 10, 05, 03A, 06 and 02B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
No surface water from the development shall be discharged onto the adjoining highway.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The post and rail fence indicated on Block Plan dwk 02B shall be erected at a height of 1 metre between the access to Haldane House and the adjoining boundary with North Barn. The fence and planting as approved shall be implemented within 6 months of the granting of permission, and maintained as such thereafter.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance and rural setting of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
