Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1107.PL.010, 1107.PL.013, 1107.PL.012, 1107.PL.011, 1107.PL.002b, 1107.SU.002, 1107.SU.010, 1107.SU.012, 1107.SU.011, 1107.SU.013, 1107.SU.004, 1107.SU.003, 1107.SU.005, 1107.PL.007c, 1107.PL.004d, 1107.PL.003c, 1107.PL.005e, 1107.AS.003, 1107.AS.002 and 1107.AS.001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 and CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The works hereby approved shall be carried out carried out in accordance with the details contained within the Building Regulations Compliance Notes. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 and CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The rooflights hereby approved shall be conservation style and set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works and to safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
