Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 14615-03A, 14615-03, 14615-04, 14615-02, 14615-01, 14615-01, 14615-8C, 14615-6C, 14615-7B and 14615-5C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials and finishes to be used for the external walls and roofs of the works hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing buildings. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the window details submitted, FC/HEAD/PET, FC/S-CILL/PET, FC/U-CILL/PET, FC/TRAN/PET, FC/JAMB/PET, FC/MULL/PET and AST19/PET. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
