Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 14615-03A, 14615-03, 14615-04, 14615-02, 14615-01, 14615-01, 14615-8C, 14615-6C, 14615-7B and 14615-5C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials and finishes to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, H13, CON5 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All of the windows in the first floor level of the side elevations (northwest and southeast) of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass. They shall be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung openable fanlight, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and they shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the window details submitted, FC/HEAD/PET, FC/S-CILL/PET, FC/U-CILL/PET, FC/TRAN/PET, FC/JAMB/PET, FC/MULL/PET and AST19/PET.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, D1, H13, CON2 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
