The removal of Conditions 1 & 2 of prior approval P16/S3343/PDO would result in conflict between vehicular movements of the occupiers of the three proposed dwellings and excessive reversing manoeuvres onto Friday Street. Consequently, future occupiers would find it more convenient to park on street. On-street car parking permits in this location are already oversubscribed and the proposed change of use would increase this over-subscription to the detriment of highway safety. As such, the application would be contrary to Policies G2, D2, H4, T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
